Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 3 Cast Reveal
By Ricky Valero
Touted as the World's Toughest Test, Special Forces is returning to FOX for its third season. The reality TV series returns for a two-hour premiere in January 2025, and FOX gave us a sneak peek at what is ahead, along with who will be part of the cast. The series has featured previous Bachelor and Bachelorette alumni, and this season is no different.
What is Special Forces: World's Toughest Test?
The Directing Staff takes the recruits through hostile and warfare environments as they test their mental and physical abilities through a series of tests. Instead of winning points, the contestants may voluntarily withdraw or be medically withdrawn at any point before the end of the show. The goal is to complete all the tasks from the first episode to the finale.
In the two-hour premiere, it will take the recruits to train in Wales, the home of the British Special Forces. The contestants will be challenged on both land and sea, including a high-pressure hostage situation, a ladder cross between steep cliffs, and a surf immersion that will push them to the brink.
Who is on the cast of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 3?
From Actresses to former NFL Quarterbacks to Olympic swimmers to influencers, this cast includes a wide range of diverse and unique people with different backgrounds. Love-based reality TV fans will recognize two faces this season with two former Bachelorettes, Trista Sutter and Ali Fedotowsky. The big question will be if they can follow in the footsteps of previous Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants Nick Viall, Tyler Cameron, and Hannah Brown as three of the only five people to complete the show.
Sutter and Fedotowsky are joined on the show by Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin, Brody Jenner, Kyla Pratt, Carey Hart, Nathan Adrian, Alana Blanchard, Landon Donovan, Marion Jones, Kayla Nicole, Trista Sutter, Golden Tate, Denise Richards, and Jordyn Wieber.
Who will pass the Special Forces: World's Toughest Test?
We here at StarStepping love to make predictions. This show is unlike any other show we've seen because even the strongest haven't survived. As we mentioned, three of the five people who completed the show came from the Bachelor franchise. That said, my early picks for winners are Cam Newton and Carey Hart, and following in the footsteps of season 1 winner soccer player Carli Lloyd, Landon Donovan will be my third and final pick.
Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 3 will debut on FOX on January 8, 2025, with a two-hour premiere.
