House of Villains Season 2, Episode 3 Recap - Knock Blocker
Did anyone else have a tiny, gold, game-altering rooster on their House of Villains season 2 bingo card? Me neither. That doesn't change the fate of the game for one player, though. The house is completely shaken up by two new arrivals, the new knock blocker power to save one player from the hit list, and Real Housewives of Miami's Larsa Pippin entering late to the party.
For the first time in two seasons, House of Villains reversed the chairs from the dungeon. Replacing one set of twins for another, Larsa Pippin was brought in as a replacement for 90 Day Fiance's Larissa Lima. Larsa's arrival is well-timed for the ladies, as historically, the alliances always become gender-based, and there's strength in numbers. If you haven't followed competition reality TV, I'll give you a blanket spoiler alert - gender alliances never work out in the long term for men or women.
Larsa has an immediate alliance with fellow Real Housewives Teresa Giudice and apparently knows Victoria Larson, too. She has been leaving Vicky on read though, so who knows how strong that friendship is. Only time and backstabbing will tell.
The knock blocker
Joel McHale does an amazing Austin Powers imitation and super spies his way into the mansion to plant a top-secret super spy sneaks clue. The first to spot the envelope is The Bachelor's Victoria, who quickly slips the tiny c-ck into her robe. The power of the knock blocker is revealed to be saving one villain from the hit list.
Plotting and scheming
Alliances are forming beyond genders, and Camilla gets in over her head pledging her allegiance to both The Challenge's Wes Bergmann and Survivor's Richard Hatch. Anything to secure that bag, as the Bad Girls Club alum has a family to feed. Her game play pays off in the short term, but knowing how these two cut throat competitors play the game, Richard and Wes will both hold grudges, and power over Camilla ASAP.
That 70s show
When the villains are invited to a 70s party, they half heartedly put on their platforms and bell bottoms to kind of, sort of dance their way to supervillain status. There's some interesting dynamics going on here, as it seems like the players are sacrificing their own guaranteed safety for potential alliances later down the line.
Teresa Giudice gives up her spot in the dance off to New York, and Victoria repays Wes by saving him another dance. This happens not once, but twice! Neither end up winning the challenge after Camilla stabs Wes in the back and stands her ground with her alliance with Richard and Kandy Muse.
After a bit of debate, Kandy has the deciding vote and gives Camilla the supervillain power. Camilla immediately returns the favor by choosing Candy and Richard to go on her reward - a trip to Top Golf. I guess if you're locked in a house all day, any activity is a reward.
The outing isn't just for fun though, as Richard goes straight back into strategy mode and tries to convince Camilla that the best game play is to nominate two of the three men remaining back at the mansion for the hit list. He wants Wes and Safaree to stop influencing the game, and New York? Well, she's just collateral damage. Creating imaginary beef is great for the show, but not for winning it. Sorry Tiffany.
Hit list nominations
Camilla is not one to be influenced, and knows she needs to get the job done and the big players out of the game. She nominates Wes and Safaree as agreed at Top Golf, and then in a shocking but smart game move, also throws Richard on the chopping block. Oops. Guess the birthday suit was getting to more than just Safaree.
Let us not forget though, Vicky has the power of a tiny, gold c-ck in her tiny hands. She saves Wes (thank you, dear queen) from the hit list with the knock blocker and replaces him with Jesse. Jesse immediately regrets choosing to eliminate Larissa instead of Victoria, and I can't say I blame him. It's not looking good for Mr. Pectacular. Cock a doodle do, b-tches.
Who do you want to see go home next?
