The electric fence wasn't the only thing shocking the villains this week. Episode 4 of House of Villains was packed with drama and deception. Let's unpack the surprising alliances and stellar guest appearances in the latest episode of E's hit competition reality show.

Truth and consequences

Camilla made big moves last week nominating Richard and Wes, two of the show's biggest strategists, Richard and Wes, for elimination alongside Safaree. Not all went according to plan when Victoria brought out the ultimate knock block, foiling Camilla's plans to get Wes out of the game.

With Wes safe, Victoria chose Jesse Godderdz, aka Big Brother's Mr. Pectacular, to join the hit list and potentially be eliminated. The fallout from this decision was swift. Camilla showed her cards by nominating both villains she had told were her top alliances. Victoria rocked the boat with Safaree, Jesse, and Kandy, leaving them ready for revenge soon.

Safaree already wasn't Vicky's number one fan, and her telling him to shut the f- up didn't help matters. Despite Wes's puppetmaster antics, Safaree makes it known he wants The Bachelor villain gone. Wes gives sage advice. Safaree is "not acting like a good sociopath," according to The Challenge veteran. Somehow that doesn't annoy Safaree nearly as much as Victoria, but he decides to make peace with her anyway for the good of his game.

Speaking of the game, is there romance in the air? Safaree sure moves fast. He jumped the New York ship and shared a flirtatious moment with Real Housewife Larsa Pippin. It doesn't seem like we'll be shipping that couple any time soon though.

Redemption challenge shocker

The villains had multiple shocker surprises regarding this week's redemption challenge. Not only was host Joel McHale absent, but Bobby Lytes also returned to fill in. A bit too late for the season 1 finale, but that doesn't stop him from slaying all day and night, when he threatens to move back into the mansion.

While Bobby won't be joining the competition, he did stay long enough to watch Larsa save Jesse from elimination. Despite Jesse's nerves that his competitors had stronger guides, with Safaree partnering with Wes and Richard Hatch working with Kandy, they couldn't get it together enough to keep their alliances intact.

Bobby stuck around long enough to bond with Teresa Giudice, reminisce with New York, and insult Vicky Larson. Then, like a ghost of a villain's past, he disappeared before the villains hit the stronghold for the banishment ceremony.

Banishment

Richard and Safaree were left in the crosshairs while Camilla took the supervillain throne to eliminate one of the men. Many promises were broken when the final votes were tallied, and Richard Hatch was unanimously voted off the island - I mean out of the competition and banished from the mansion. Safaree's crocodile tears gave him one more week in the villain's lair.

Who do you think is next to be banished on House of Villains?
