The heroes and villains are back in the kitchen to make their best attempt at not being the Worst Cooks in America. With one hero down, the celebrities use their muscles to take on an elaborate mussel dish. Who is safe, and who is the worst? Let's recap.

To get their ingredients, the competitors go on a kitchen scavenger hunt, saving their food from a variety of villainous traps and solving food-related clues that are meant to be easy, but leave the heroes and villains scratching their heads. Luckily, the competition rules are relatively loose, and Antonia and Jeff are happy to chime in to move the challenge along. Mini dishes are made from the ingredients by pairs of cast members including avocado toast and spinach salad.

The cast learns how to make sweet and sour pork, and has to take what they've learned and apply it to their challenge dish, using inspired flavor profiles and a veggie medley of choice. You can hardly taste the difference between the demo dishes and the competitors.

Villain Wes Bergmann and hero Sebastian Bach surprisingly take top honors, despite their antics making their dishes. Sebastian throws some island fruit flavors at random to secure the win and Wes takes detailed notes to make sure he doesn't miss a beet.

Cheryl just can't catch a break or cut an onion to save her life. She goes up against New York to create an appetizer. Tiffany goes spicy with chicken skewers and Cheryl tries her best to make some chorizo bruschetta. It's a toss-up whose dish is worse, but ultimately mirrorball winner Cheryl is sent to pack up her chef station and head home. She does receive $2,500 toward her charity though. Not too shabby for two episodes.
