The Valley star Kristen Doute Announces She Is Pregnant!!

Exciting news in the world of Bravo with The Valley star Kristen Doute has announced that she and her fiance, Luke Broderick, are expecting their first baby. The couple revealed the big news to PEOPLE magazine, and we have some details to share with you.

Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick's relationship was on display during the first season of the popular series The Valley. The show had some highs and lows, with plenty of drama, fighting, and arguing, but one of the things we saw with Doute and Broderick was the couple trying to navigate their relationship and potentially plan their future.

The couple initially met in June 2022 at a friend's wedding, where Broderick was a groomsman. We heard about the couple in the premiere of The Valley, where Doute spoke highly of Broderick and the early stages of their relationship. The relationship sparked much conversation amongst the rest of the cast as Doute was known for being quite controversial and Broderick more reserved; the cast questioned whether or not they would last. As a fan of Doute, I find her quite misunderstood, and it makes me happy to see her flourish with Broderick.

Of course, this isn't the only big news from the couple this year. A few months ago, we found out that Broderick proposed to Doute while the two were filming the second season of The Valley in Maui, Hawaii. I look forward to seeing that on the show and hope they navigate a way to bring the exciting baby news as well to season 2.

In the interview with PEOPLE, Doute spoke in depth about the pregnancy loss they had last year and how she and Broderick started trying again earlier this year. In the summer, the couple met with a fertility specialist to learn about their options. They went through the whole process, and after working it all out, the couple got the big news that Doute was pregnant.

As for the wedding, the couple had put the wedding on the back burner until they were able to work out the fertility journey.
