House of Villains Season 2, Episode 2 Recap - A Surprise Twist Changes the Game
Don't sleep on House of Villains. Not only would you be missing one of the best all-star casts in reality TV, but blink, and you'll miss some of the tongue-in-cheek nods to some of the most iconic moments to grace our screens since the debut of Richard's birthday suit on Survivor.
When we last left our villains, Kandy was going off at Safaree for having the audacity to choose three of nine cast members for the hit list. I'm no mathematician, but the odds were pretty decent. All was forgiven though, because in the end, with a visit from none other than America's Next Top Model Janice Dickinson, Kandy won immunity in the redemption challenge. Janice seems to be the real winner, though. Her plastic surgeon is doing W.O.R.K.
Despite the original plan to kick Vicky to the curb, 90 Day Fiance's Larissa sealed her fate by faking charity assistance to try to secure her place in the house for another week. Surprisingly, not helping cancer survivors or veterans was not received well. Even villains have their limits apparently. The Hollywood Walk of No Shame challenge was definitely shaming someone.
Some other nuggets of wisdom we learned while the villains hung around the mansion included:
1. Bachelor in Paradise doesn't pay well
Victoria Larson is not swimming in cash since she closed up shop on her OnlyFans, and the well has run dry. 30 is the new 65, and while I don't know what other career aspirations Vicky has, she has retired from OnlyFans, so an influencer doesn't seem to be one of them.
2. Richard Hatch is still naked
No need for innuendo or clothes. Richard saved precious room in his suitcase by packing light. Safaree is all too happy to help out, lending Richard a helping hand there, but there are no arepants to spruce up his look and spare the villain's eyes.
3. Teresa can't cook
You would think someone with a series of cookbooks who has grown up on Italian food would be able to throw down in the kitchen. Apparently, the attitudes aren't the only things salty in the villain's mansion. The villains got saucy, but Teresa did not—too much.
4. New York continues to be iconic
Tiffany "New York" Pollard blessing our screens once again is exactly the level of sass and drama these laid back villains needed to entertain the masses. New York respects "a good frame and a large tit". They can't get much larger than that. Despite gaining New York's respect and hopefully an updated copy of the Bible, Larissa can't clinch the W and is flipped into the dungeon with villains past.
What do you think the surprise twist is?
